Seagate depends on our business partners in ensuring our compliance with applicable legal restrictions.  For this reason, we ask you to carefully review the trade compliance document(s) applicable to your company in accordance with the directions in the table below.  You will be asked to certify your consent to be bound by the applicable compliance document in the process of Seagate customer onboarding or modification. 

Please note that the applicable laws and regulations change frequently, and these compliance documents will be updated by Seagate from time to time.  Seagate will reach out to you to alert you when important changes have been made.  Please note that these compliance documents constitute Seagate’s policies with regard to international trade compliance, and they are incorporated by reference into the applicable customer agreement or terms & conditions.

The applicable trade compliance document must be reviewed, and your certification must be provided by a company official who possesses the authority to legally bind the company.  In addition, these documents may contain complex legal terms and requirements.  If the person reviewing the document does not possess trade compliance expertise, we strongly recommend that you consult appropriate internal or external experts in reviewing the document.
